Hi, I’m Mike.

I teach people how to make things happen.

Specifically, I take IT Project Managers and I teach them how to enhance their performance and capability. I help them become remarkable.

I have worked in IT for the last 18 years and over that time have been a systems engineer, software developer, consultant, project manager and Managing Director, spanning many infrastructure, software development and integration projects. I enjoy building teams and have worked with (and work with) some fantastic people.

In addition to providing executive coaching for project managers, I’ve built a multimillion dollar IT business, write, and regularly speak on the topics of Project Management and Theory of Constraints for one of Sydney’s leading MBA schools. I know the challenges that Project Managers face, and importantly, I know how to transcend those challenges.

I believe that the first step on the path to being remarkable requires making habits of some important fundamentals. Most project managers will dramatically multiply their success just by getting these right.

Once in place, these fundamentals form the foundation for you to develop a real ‘wow factor’ in your project management, developing your creativity, leadership and business acumen.

You are probably here because you’re interested in developing skills like these. Good on you! Please subscribe via RSS so that you don’t miss any ideas for increasing your effectiveness.

Kind regards,

Mike Boyer Smith
